Rustic Lincoln National Forest, Cloudcroft New Mexico Wedding-Ryan & Bri
It was a Saturday morning in October in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. It couldn't have been a more beautiful day. The trees were turning their fall colors, and the wedding party was getting ready for the day. All of the decorations were getting set up that Bri made and collected through her thrift shopping skills. Everything was perfectly set, and everyone there couldn't wait to celebrate the joining of this amazing couple.
If you don't remember, i was able to photograph their engagement session just past Cloudcroft, New Mexico a few months prior, and was overwhelmed with all of the natural beauty.
This entire day, i couldn't stop shooting. the setting, people, and the decorations were beyond perfection, and i was so happy to be a part of this wedding day. I wanted to share the entire gallery with you, there were so many lovely moments and expressions but for now i'll share just a few favorites.
It was a ceremony in which you could tell each person was beyond excited about. i looked around as each guest had smiles on their faces and whispering how gorgeous Bri is. There was so much positive and loving energy the whole day, and when i arrived, i immediately felt part of their group. they were all so welcoming, warm-hearted and excited to tell me what they loved about Ryan & Bri. i only wish some would've gone in even more depth! Their love story is one that was being talked throughout the day, and how special they were together.
Ryan & Bri have such a close knit community here, and i love seeing that for a couple. It was a wedding i'll always remember. i don't normally have every guest i meet tell me more about the couple. it was great! i felt i learned so much about them, and a sense of how everyone felt about each of them.
Not only could i not stop myself from photographing every detail, i also had to make sure to stay away from this cake ;) it was one of the best wedding cakes i've had. DELICIOUS.
After the ceremony, we headed on a little adventure into town to capture some photos with just the wedding party. if you don't remember their awesome van, definitely go back to those engagement photos! i adored that Bri rolled up to the ceremony in their van, and then use it for more photos. yes!
They had two different musicians/bands play for the reception and it was fantastic! so many people started dancing right away. i moved a little, but had to keep capturing their beautiful faces so i tried to control myself to not go crazy with dancing ;)
I think one thing i loved the most about their day is, it felt like them. In the location, decorations, food, music. You could feel a little bit of who Ryan and Bri are through each detail they chose. It was a happy day for every one who attended, they couldn't wait to see this couple wed, and then the celebration was a big one! Congratulations you two beautiful people. i'm so glad i was able to be there and get to know you even more. now on to your next adventure! :)
Family and friends of this amazing couple, don't forget you can order right from this site, and the photos will be from the same company i use, and will come right to your door!
