Five Things- January 2016
It's a start of a brand new year, and as i sat down to write out what accomplished in 2015 and what i will accomplish this year, i came across some fun things i just had to share! 5 things i love.
1- THIS article about boudoir- 17 things you need to know before taking boudoir photos. There's a few i don't completely agree with. a lot of photographers have in-home studios, and outdoors or hotel rooms can be fabulous too! but it's still a good read and i highly recommend it if you're thinking about getting in front of the camera
2- under armour ombre leggings. i think this might be one of the only ombre things i own, but i saw these.. and HAD to get them. and purchased them when they were on sale. every girl (well men too!) needs a piece of gym clothing that is absolutely ridiculous, fun, and is different. most of my leggings are actually, but mint AND pink? i couldn't say no.
3-logo cookies made locally by Sarah's Sweets here in Alamogordo New Mexico. 4-Videoshop- if you follow me on my fitness instagram, i post videos with music and i used to use a few different apps to get the job done, but this one works quickly and combines what i need to make a video to post!
5- Buff Bake Snickerdoodle Almond Butter. drool. You can purchase these at Vitamin Shoppe or other similar stores or also directly online form their website. Wanted an almond or peanut butter with protein that almost matched the fat so the macros on this per serving is 14f/7c/11p and did i mention yet.. DELICIOUS. I found it to be a little more filling, so I have only been using a half a serving on ezekiel bread and a banana. you should try it. you won't regret it!
