Bridal Portraits After Session- Michelle

A wedding is a whirlwind of events, gone in the blink of an eye. There’s little more important to a perfectly executed event than an organized timeline. The day goes so quickly though, and as much planning goes into it, unexpected events can happen to shorten the time for portraits.  It’s a day when friends and family come from all over to celebrate, so if you’re wanting lots of photographs with just you and your spouse, consider a day after session.

Maybe you wanted to drive a little further to a waterfall, desert, mountains, or special location and it won’t fit into your wedding day. Use that beautiful dress again and capture moments perfect for wall portraits. Sometimes called a trash the dress session, you don’t really have to destroy that gorgeous gown, but now that it might have picked up some dirt, you might be more daring like Michelle! (she climbed in this tree by herself, during a very buggy evening!)

After sessions are becoming more popular with today's bride, a way to celebrate with her groom again, or getting back into the dress! There are endless reasons, but one I personally find is.. we spent money on that gown, why not wear it again and get more fabulous photographs!?

If you can believe it, this area is in her yard. that's right, huge trees, tons of grass... i've been living in the desert too long. Luckily i'm going back soon!

Michelle did a perfect job in front of the camera and always full of adventure, even in the most odd-feeling poses made it look flawless.

What do you think of after sessions? would you do one?
