Dallas, Texas Glamour Portraits- Happy Birthday Mom!

I was beyond blessed to be able to spend time with my mom on her birthday. I traveled to Dallas, Texas last week before heading up to Minnesota. It was the first time in years i was there to celebrate on her actual birthday and it couldn't have been better. 

My step-sister, Leila and i (with the help of Bob of course!) planned a surprise party and during the day i took my mom on a girly adventure. We started by getting our nails done, then a little lunch, followed by getting our makeup done at Blushington downtown Dallas. She said it was only the second time she liked her makeup when someone else did it, so i was thrilled! After we were done at this fabulous place, we went to take photographs and yes i did buy and make her wear a "birthday girl" sash. Ahead of time, i even made sure it would match her outfit she wore for the party!

Inside Blushington, we couldn't get enough of the coral and white decor. it was lovely and we wanted all the furniture! the girls were so welcoming, and i'm so happy we went there! 

we stumbled upon this church, with open shade, it was so warm out so any shade was welcomed. 

i love so many of these. it shows her sweet side along with that big smile she always has!

She is looking hot! it was so fun capturing these photographs even though i went into "work" mode so she kept giggling at me ;)

i had to share a few images with both of us. the one above is right after some people were staring at us and we cracked up. 

my mom is one with a smile on her face, so during smirks she couldn't help but laugh, i loved it :) it was such a special birthday with her. The entire day went perfectly, and i couldn't have been more happy than to be with her!
